The center is required to keep a current list of all known allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions in each room or area where children are present. The list must be dated
and kept confidential. There was no current list of all known allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions posted in the Pre-K classroom. The Director was reviewing children?s records to create a list which was dated March 19, 2026. The allergy list was not posted in the classrooms on the day of inspection March 20, 2026.
