The center is required to ensure that each person in a supervisory position has been certified by a practicing physician or physician assistant to be free from any disability which would prevent him from caring for children under his supervision.
1. Staff #9, who has been employed for 6 weeks, was not certified by a practicing physician or physician assistant to be free from any disability which would prevent them from caring for children under their supervision. 2. Staff #10, who was employed for 8 days, was not certified by a practicing physician or physician assistant to be free from any disability which would prevent them from caring for children under their supervision. 3. Staff #11, who was employed for 8 days, was not certified by a practicing physician or physician assistant to be free from any disability which would prevent them from caring for children under their supervision.
