The center shall ensure that during transportation of children, required information is in the transportation vehicles.
The transportation vehicle did not contain the following: a 911 or local dial number for police, fire and emergency medical services and the number of the regional poison control center, a document containing potential shelter, hospitals, evacuation routes, that pertain to each site frequently visited or of routes frequently driven by center business such as pick up or drop off of children to or from schools, and a list of names of the children being transported. Staff #2 confirmed that this information was not inside of the transportation vehicle.
