The licensee was out of compliance with rule R430-90-13(9)(a)-(d) by having toxic or hazardous chemicals accessible. In the living room, there were bottles of nail polish accessible.
The licensee was out of compliance with rule R430-90-13(3) by having sharp objects or points that could cut or puncture skin accessible to children. In the kitchen, there was a knife in an accessible drawer.
The licensee was out of compliance with rule R430-90-19(9)(a)-(b) by having objects within the use zone of the trampoline. At the time of inspection, there was a ladder on the trampoline surface. This was a repeat rule noncompliance as noted on 11/9/2023.
