The licensee was out of compliance with rule R430-90-19(3)(a)-(c) by not ensuring that stationary play equipment with a designated play surface that is 18 inches high or higher has a surrounding three-foot use zone. In the outdoor play area, the green slide on the climber did not have a three foot use zone. This was a repeat rule noncompliance as noted on: 12/10/2024.
