The provider was out of compliance with R430-90-6(2) for failing to protect children from conduct that endangers any child in care, or is contrary to the health, welfare, and safety of the public. During an inspection, it was determined that the provider left an awake infant on an adult bed and the infant rolled off of the bed when they were left unattended.
