The Licensee was out of compliance with R430-90-17(1) by having medication accessible to children in care. In the entry living room, there was an accessible first aid kit that had acetaminophen inside of it. This was a repeat rule noncompliance as noted on 8/13/2024.
The Licensee was out of compliance with R430-90-13(9)(a) by having toxic or hazardous materials accessible to children. On the accessible bathroom sink, there was a bottle of dish soap. This was a repeat rule noncompliance as noted on 2/20/2025.
The Licensee was out of compliance with R430-90-18(2) by not ensuring there is a daily outdoor play time. At the time of the inspection, the Licensee stated they don’t take the children outside daily.
