The Licensee was out of compliance with rule R430-90-19(14) by having sharp objects accessible to children in the outdoor play area. At the time of the inspection, children were playing with broken PVC pipe in the outdoor play area.
The Licensee was out of compliance with rule R430-90-13(9)(a)-(d) by having accessible toxic chemicals. In the downstairs closet, there was an outdoor bug spray agent accessible in the closet. This was a repeat rule noncompliance as noted on May 7, 2024.
