During the walkthrough the caregiver in the nap room did not know the number of children the caregiver was resposblie for. Caregiver had to count and stated 20 children but there was 19.

Two employees who transport, did not have valid transportation on file.
During the walk through it was observed that two (2 year old) kids were placed in a restrictive device(Table high chairs) for time out. Note: This children were removed when instructed to. Picture was taken.
Two of four files reviewed did not have the education requirements.
In the toddler classroom the caregiver did not clean the diaper changing surface in between changing the children. Note: When pointed out the diaper changing surface was cleaned.
Three staff had completed CPR training using the online method.
