During the walk through it was observed that there was a bag full of diapers not sealed,hanging from the cabinet. Note: This was corrected when the bag of opened diapers were thrown away.

The CPR/First aid training for the director was not available for review.

I observed one caregiver supervising 42 school-age children. The required child/caregiver ratio for school-age children is 1 caregiver with 26 children.
During the walk-through inspection, a caregiver told me that she had 11 children, but when I counted, there were 12 children in the group.
During the walk-through with the director, I observed a group of preschool children sitting and eating snack. There was not a caregiver with the group. I observed a caregiver leave the classroom next to the snack area and rejoin the group.
In the 18-24 month classroom there was a electrical outlet, accessible to the children, that was not covered. Note: A picture was taken and the outlet was covered during the inspection.
