Observed caregiver supervising a group of children between the ages of 8 months to 4 years old watching television in the toddler room.
Activities were not followed as specified in lesson plan at the time of inspection.
Five files reviewed and two were missing the topics of "Preventing and Responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction" and "Handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials".
