There was more than an 18 mo age gap between a 14 mo old and the oldest child in the group.
During an inspection, children ages 16mo-20 were observed sitting in their high chairs after finishing a meal without an acitivity for approximately 20 minutes.
During an inspection, 1 caregiver was supervising 15 children with a specificied age group of 18-23 mo.
On multiple occasions during the inspection, children were observed unsupervised inside the center.
During an inspection, caregivers did not know how many children were in their group, or the ages of the children in their group.
During an inspection 21 children ages 2-5 were outside with access to a swimming pool and a bouncy house with a pool of 2ft of water with only 2 caregivers. This was corrected at inspection when the group was asked to end the activity for safety concerns.
