During the 3rd initial inspection, the assistant caregiver provided the wrong number of children the caregiver was responsible for. It was stated that there were 10 children in care but there were only 9.
During the inspection it was observed that the two 5 month old children were provided screen time.
During the inspection it was found that two 5 month old children were being supervised by a 12 year old. The provider did not use good judgment when allowing a 12 year to supervise.
It was found that the home daycare was out of ratio by one child as there were 11 children counted in ratio to one caregiver.

During the inspection the director did not know how many children the director is responsible for. At the start of inspection director stated 8 and there was 9 children in care.
During the inpsection it was observed that the provider completed two diaper changes and did not wash hands after. Note: This was corrected when the provider washed hands.
