Upon entering the home, the children were observed watching "Finding Ohana" on Netflix. This movie is rated PG. It is said to be a fun and sweet movie with positive messages according to Netflix. The youngest child in the grounp was 8 months and the oldest is 4 years old.

An Infant was observed asleep and covered with a blanket in his Pack~Play. This was corrected during the inspection when the Director remove the child from the Pack ~ Play.
There was a rusty nail exposed on the wooden outdoor house play structure. This was corrected when the caregiver hammered the nail flush with the play structure.
In the children's classroom the ceiling tile is broken exposing the attic.
Of the five staff files reviewed, no staff had training for preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction.
