See Below for Detailed Information Observation: The agency self-reported that an educator was observed using inappropriate behavior management techniques with a child in her care. 1240-04-01-.15 Program, Language and Literacy Development Corrective Action: The agency staff will attend training on appropriate behavior management techniques with children in care. Observation: Management failed to properly evaluate staff performance in the requirements for behavior management. 1240-04-01-.06 Staff Corrective Action: Agency staff will receive training in appropriate behavior management. Observation: The agency and management staff did not immediately report the reasonable suspicion of child abuse as required. 1240-04-01-.10 Duty to Report Child Abuse and Neglect Corrective Action: The agency and management staff will attend DHS approved training on the topic of Recognizing and Reporting Abuse and Neglect.
