See Below for Detailed Information Observation: During the assessment it was observed that baby carrots and grapes brought from home were not diced properly prior to being served to a child. 1240-04-03-11 Food Corrective Action: All teachers will inspect children's lunches prior to serving, in order to ensure that foods that are considered a choking hazard are cut up properly. Handouts will also be given to parents on the appropriate way food needs to be cut for the children.
