See Below for Detailed Information Observation: Program Evaluator observed educator with back to children while talking with another educator on the playground. Educator was unable to intervene appropriately during an incident between two children. 1240-04-01-.11 Supervision Corrective Action: Agency will have educator complete outdoor safety training. The educator will review playground supervision plan with Director and discuss proper placement on the playground. The educator will be written up and put on probation.
