Summary of Complaint Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and complaint investigation. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. During the visit on August 16th, 2024, Child Care Licensing Consultant Lexi Casteel conducted staff interviews due to a complaint that was placed on August 14th, 2024. During staff interviews, it was stated by Paige Bayliss that all children are combined in the foxes room from 6 AM-7 AM while breakfast is being prepared. Infants shall have a separate space and shall never be grouped with children older than thirty (30) months of age.

Children shall not be kept in restraining devices such as swings, high chairs, or similar seating devices for longer than fifteen (15) minutes. 2. Naptime/ Snacktime Supervision Violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. Complaint stated 4 year old was eating snack when child got up from the table, the child was redirected back to the table and began screaming. Educator seated at table "popped" the child in the back of the head. Educator volunitarily ended her employment after incident.
