Ms. Rogers stated he was not present when in fact he was present in his assigned classroom. Jamie Rogers did not look over the transportation logs and sign in and out sheet before stating that the child was not present. 1240-04-01-.11 SUPERVISION Plan of Corrective Action: Agency will ensure that all school age children are accounted for once arriving to the agency via transportation. The agency will enforce a new transportation plan and system to ensure children are accounted for. Observation: Director Jamie Rogers did not observe sign in and out logs before telling the neighbor that the child was not present at the agency. 1240-04-01-.06 STAFF Plan of Corrective Action: Management staff will ensure all children are accounted for once arriving the agency from their transportation route.
