Summary of Unannounced Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations, investigate complaint and offer resources/technical assistance. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. During an unannounced visit on October 10, 2024, to investigate a complaint, Licensing Consultant (LC) Fox observed 23 children present at the agency with one educator. The educator was the only educator on site. The children ages were 18 months-5 years of age. Approximately ten minutes after LC Fox's arrival; an additional educator and the director arrived at the agency.

Summary of Safety Plan Delivery Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and to deliver a safety plan. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. During an unannounced complaint investigation on February 15, 2024, Licensing Consultant Terri Hodges cited a violation due to the Toddler Classroom having an adult-to-child ratio of 1:7 for ages 12 months to 24 months. An additional educator arrived at the agency at 10:05am bringing the classroom into compliance with an adult-to-child ratio of 2:7.
