LC Observed in the Catterpillar classroom a child in their crib with a sippy cup. In the infant classroom a child lying on their cot with a bib still on as they are sleeping.
During announced QRIS monitoring visit while checking staff files. There several files missing proof education and this was not located in TnPal accounts.
LC observed teachers' personal belongings within reach of children in multiple classrooms. Items labeled "Keep out of reach of children" are not locked away, but are out of reach of children.
During classroom observation LC Flemmings and LC Champion followed a classroom to outside play. Name to face was not conducted at any point of the transition. LC Flemmings gave strong TA on name to face. Playground supervision plan was not followed.
