E3.1: : Appropriate behavior interventions based upon age and development of children (positive guidance/focusing on positive behavior) and reasonable/appropriate discipline-redirection that a child can understand (without being shaming, abusive, or injurious).
Educators need to use more postive focused statements instead of saying no over and over. GIving them a positive choice and redirecting. Educator was encouraged to change the routine up to meet the needs of the children and gain more structure.
