Agency Response: Move the changing table close to the sink. Ms. Stokes will give a hygiene training. Observation: The educators left a 2 year old boy who was sleeping on his cot, alone for a minute. 1240-04-01-.11 SUPERVISION Agency response: They will check the napping room before going into the activity room. The floater will check the nap room after the class leaves it, in the afternoon.
