The agency will have extra coverlets available. Observation: A non-mobile child was placed in three different locations within the classroom and each time the child was there longer than 30 minutes without any verbal contact and or things to play with. 1240-04-03-.09 Program (1) (g) (h) Corrective Action: Teachers will rotate throughout the room to ensure every child has interaction/engagement. A log will be kept to ensure compliance. CCR&R has been scheduled to come out for review on 1.18.18
