See Below for Detailed Information observation: Program evaluator observed a staff member in a classroom with children as the only educator with no documentation of education on file. The teacher attempted to retrieve a copy while PE was present but was unsuccessful. 1240-04-01-22: specific requirements for child care corrective action: staff will have education verification by the end of the day 10.24.19 or she will not be allowed in the class alone.
