See Below for Detailed Information Observation: LC observed an 11m old child falling asleep with a bottle and a toy rattle in her crib. A 10m old infant was observed with a blanket and a boppy pillow in her crib with another blanket draped on the side, and the infant also had bib on. Rule: 1240-04-01-.11 Supervision Corrective action: The educator removed some of the items while the LC removed some items and the bib from the child's neck. Agency will ensure that staff have proper training about safe sleep.
