Technical Assistance Provided: 1. LC and director reviewed how name-to-face roll call is conducted. The educators use the Brightwheel app to conduct name-to-face roll call during transitions. LC was able to observe a classroom conducting name-to-face roll call. Although the educator wrote out a class attendance list prior to leaving the classroom, this child's name was left off of the list. 1240-04-01-.08 Record Keeping Corrective Action: The educator has attended one training already. Supervision training will be provided for all employees. The educator will be supervised in the classroom by a lead educator. The agency is reviewing and revising their name to face transition procedures. Observation: A child was left unattended in a classroom while the educators and other children went outside. The child was discovered, still asleep on his nap mat, when the educator and children returned to the classroom. 1240-04-01-.11 Supervision Corrective Action: The educator has attended one training already. Supervision training will be provided for all employees. The educator will be supervised by a lead educator. The agency is reviewing and revising our name to face transition procedures.
