Observation: During the assessment the assessor saw an infant teacher walk away from an eating child multiple times. 1240-04-03-.06 Supervision Corrective Action: Director will review proper eating procedures with all staff. Observation-Personal belongings were accessible to children in the infant room. There was a backpack, fast food and a jacket in children’s reach. 1240-04-03-10 Health & Safety Corrective Action: Director will make sure all personal belongings are put in the proper place. Observation: Assessment wrote an infant teacher up for not doing a 15 min check and refusing to do it when brought to teacher’s attention. 1240-04-03-10 Health & Safety Corrective Action: Director will put timers and sleep documents up for the teachers to fill out.
