Summary of Complaint Incident Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and Complaint Incident . If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. The infant classroom was left out of ratio at 1:7 for less than a minute during morning transitions.

Summary of Complaint Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and Complaint . If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. During an unannounced visit on 2/12/26 it was determined that a child was left in a 4-5 year old classroom on 2/11/26 for 7 minutes by themself while the rest of the class went outside. Name to face was not completed when they left the classroom nor when they arrived on the playground. It was determined that a child from the prepper class was left on the playground for approximately one minute during transitions to classroom
