Continue training for the staff on supervision. 2. Staff shall be always engaged with children and supervising. 3. Staff should not be idle at the table but always doing something. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. LC observed on the video, the educator was working on paperwork instead of interacting and engaging with the children. As she walked to the table to the child shoes on Jones grabbed the child's arm (for the child to turn around at the table) as the shoes were going on Jones patty her mouth to stop screaming and the parent walked in and talk to the educator.
