Summary of [Enter Visit purpose] Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and a complaint visit. Technical Assistance Provided: 1. Suggested appropriate discipline training for all staff 2. Safe kids website shared; suggestion to do training on the Child Care License Rules and Regulations If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. 1240-04-01-.15 PROGRAM, LANGUAGE, AND LITERACY DEVELOPMENT. Discipline shall be reasonable, appropriate, and in terms the child can understand. According to the interview and observation inappropriate discipline methods were used.

(a) Incidents, accidents, injuries, and signs of illness shall be reported to the parent/guardian no later than the child's release to the parent/guardian or authorized representative on the date of occurrence. 1240-04-01-.22 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILD CARE CENTERS. (1) Required Adult:Child Ratios. Rule: 1240-04-01-.22 Specific Requirements for Child Care Centers POCA: The agency plans to adjust staff schedules and hire additional staff to ensure the required adult:child ratios are maintained at all times. Observation: PE observed an adult:child ratio of 1:12 with a group of children ages 6 months to 11 years.
