See Below for Detailed Information 0520-12-01-.12 PHYSICAL FACILITIES (5) Outdoor play areas shall contain a minimum of fifty (50) square feet of usable play space for each child using the area at one time. (a) The outdoor play area must be enclosed by a fence or barricade at least four (4) feet in height. All outdoor play equipment and materials shall be sufficient in amount and variety so that children have an opportunity to participate in a minimum of at least three (3) different types of play using either stationary equipment and/or portable play materials
