During a visit on 3/27/2026, LC saw babywipes in plastic baggie containers on baby changing stations. The agency had a staff member repeat confidential information that got out to the public. Agency did not have a child's food allergy posted in his classroom or in the kitchen. While LC was at the center on 3/27/2026, the classrooms went outside during some point, and not one employee performed name to face.
