Summary of Issuance of Safety Plan Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and issuance of Safety Plan. Technical Assistance Provided: 1. Be sure children are face to feet when napping. 2. Be sure to keep tracking report for who is in the classroom with Susan. It was also observed that the educators of the classroom did not call roll prior to leaving the playground and upon entering the playground. 1240-04-01-11 Supervision Corrective Action: Educator retrained on transitioning and roll call Observation: During the STARS assessment, a meal time supervision lapse was observed as educator (1) was washing the children's hands and educator (2) was putting plates in the sink as a child was still eating at the table. 1240-04-01-11 Supervision Corrective Action: TA on meal supervision.
