See Below for Detailed Information Observation: On 2/26/19 an educator placed an infant to sleep in crib by positioning infant on stomach instead of on back as required to reduce risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. 1240-04-01-.11 Supervision Corrective Action: The director will assure that infant educators are trained in Safe Sleep Procedures with CCR&R I/T specialist.
