Fire drills were not being conducted monthly, per the director. An 11 month-old was sleeping in a cot and not a crib. Cords and items labeled, "Keep Out of Reach of Children" were observed in the classrooms. The educator was observed using a blanket to cover an 11 month-old child's head during nap time when he would not settle on the cot. This discipline was inappropriate and potentially injurious. Although some classrooms had weekly menus, not all did and the main menu in the lobby that was posted was from November. The infants were not taken outdoors, per the educator question session. An 11 month-old was observed resting on a nap cot during nap time. The educator was observed covering an 11 month-old's head with a blanket when he would not settle at nap time. Fire drills were not being conducted monthly, per the director.
