Technical Assistance Provided: 1. Discussed ways to prevent children from being left outside or in any other areas two violations were giving: Supervision and roll call The Licensing Consultant received an email that a child was left on the playground for about 10-15 minutes on July 27, 2023. LC spoke with Director about an incident that a child was left on the playground unattended for about 10-15 minutes or less. No video cameras are on site. Another teacher ( from a different classroom) found the child on the playground near the tree house. The other educator brought the child back inside. The Licensing Consultant received an email that a child was left on the playground for about 10-15 minutes on July 27, 2023. LC spoke with Director about an incident that a child was left on the playground unattended for about 10-15 minutes or less. No video cameras are on site.
