If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. An educator released the wrong child to a DCS worker. The child was taken off the premises and returned without the agency or educator realizing the mistake. There was no documentation of the child being signed out or back in after leaving the building. The agency did not ensure the child was signed out or back in. The agency did not verify the outside agency personnel before releasing the child from the premises.

The educator was unable to leave the classroom as there were other children she was supervising. Discussed children must stay in their own classroom that they are assigned to and if being transitioned they must have transitioning plan and proof that parent has been informed ot this transition. 3.
