Technical Assistance Provided: 1.Review with educators infants are always placed on their back to sleep. Even though educators have documentation of safe sleep training some were not completly sure when asked how infants are to be placed in their crib. LC reviewed safe sleep with the educators and encouraged director to do the same. 2.CCR&R will assist agency in setting up a family advisory board meeting to ensure the agency is meeting the needs of all parents and children. LC suggested director contact CCR&R for assistance. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans.
