See Below for Detailed Information Observation: While completing a complaint investigation, LC Coffey observed a picture of room 3 during naptime. The picture showed an educator with her leg over a child that was sleeping on a mat. The picture showed another educator that appeared to be holding the leg of another child that was sleeping on a mat. 1240-04-01-.15 PROGRAM, LANGUAGE, AND LITERACY DEVELOPMENT. Corrective Action: Agency scheduled training on developmentally appropriate practices with CCR&R and technical assistance was provided regarding a child not being restrained or have the appearance of being restrained.
