See Below for Detailed Information Observation-A minor violation was cited today in that children’s sign-in sheets were not completed as required. There were days in which the parents did not sign the children into the child care or out as required and relied on staff to do so for them. There were also other times when parents only signed their initials. A parent signature is required. 1240-04-01-.11 SUPERVISION Corrective Action: Correspondence will be sent to the parents informing them that they must sign their children in and out of the facility. Failure to do so will result in the parent being called to return to the center and sign their child in. Technical assistance provided.

Missing Evidence: In the transition classroom, there is a kitchen set. A child climbed on the kitchen set and sat on it.. The child remained on the set for almost 1 minute before a teacher noticed. Once the teacher realized the child was on the set, she removed him. The child continued to climb on the set. The educator would remove him and say "No." LC Hagan had to call attention to the child on the set for the educators to realize that he was on it again. The educators removed him and said "no."
