Licensor observed preschool children using restroom in toddler classroom. due to the classroom being at maximum ratio during rest the children must be accompanied by a staff person to ensure toddler teacher remains in ratio. Licensor spoke with admin regarding ratio and having staff person from preschool classroom accompany students.
Cots observed to be closer than two feet in distance. Licensor spoke with admin and classroom staff and requested the cots be spaced out.
Garbage receptacles in several rooms in need of lids.

Medication on site in need of care plans.
Medications on site observed to be expired. Admin and licensor discussed program used over the counter medication such as tylenol, and benadryl. Licensor advised that these over the counter medications must be provided by families and must be accompanied with required documentation.
Bedding observed to be touching. Licensor spoke with admin regarding storing bags safely to ensure they do not come into contact with others bedding.

Toddler classroom in need of evacuation crib. Licensor observed evacuation crib to be obstructed by classroom items. Licensor requested the items be relocated to ensure the crib has a clear path for evacuation.
Upon arrival to infant classroom licensor observed one staff person with 8 resting students. Licensor spoke with staff person and admin regarding ratios in infant classroom remaining 1:4 throughout the day including rest time. Licensor requested additional staff person in classroom to meet ratio requirements.
Due to the positioning of cots children were observed to be out of sight supervision in classrooms during rest.
First aid kits observed to contain over the counter creams or lotions. Licensor requested these items be removed from kits.
Sandboxes need covers, administrator will purchase.
