An older infant was observed using a walker while walking around in the FCCH.
The provider has one toilet and one sink, but the sink faucet is not working. It will be replaced by the end of day Friday, January 16, 2026. The children use the sink in one of the kitchens on the site, which has two kitchen sinks.
Sofa cushion and pillows were observed in a crib.

Toxic substances and other items potentially harmful to children were not safely stored; they were maintained in an unlocked cabinet underneath the bathroom sink.
One egress was located through the bathroom, and the stairway had several items on it that could pose a tripping hazard to the children in care if they were to exit through that stairway.
The crib area was cluttered with sofa cushions and pillows inside the crib. There were also other items, including cushions and clothing, scattered between the crib and the surrounding walls. The provider removed the cushions and pillows from inside the crib and stated that she would throw them out.
The children’s attendance sheet was utilized by the providers to also record the sign-in and sign-out of visitors.
