Visitor log not maintained / available during this visit. Licensing specialist created a visitor log for provider and signed it. There was a visitor present (Rachelle was assisting the hh member in attending to the children). Provider stated Rachelle is her hh member’s girlfriend and visits often. Provider stated she will ask Rachelle to complete a comprehensive criminal background check because she visits often.
Provider did not use either of the approved emergency assistants to care for the children that were in attendance in her FCCH program while she left the FCCH to attend to an appointment.
