Licensor observed cleaning spray to be within reach of children,.
Staff observed student napping to be out of staff sight. Licensor spoke with staff and admin advising that students must be in sight and sound supervision during all operating hours.
Staff file observed to need DCYF Clearance. Licensor spoke with admin on site and advised the staff person must be sent home until clearances have been completed and received.
While completing walkthrough, licensor observed three students to be school aged. Licensor inquired on age of the children and admin disclosed these students were children of staff who had a lapse in summer camp prioro to school starting this week. Children were observed to be outside eating lunch with staff while preschool, toddlers and infants were all napping.
