Evacuation Cribs were empty that were in classrooms, however Toddler 1 classroom based on ages of children currently enrolled need 2 evacuation cribs to be readily available in this classroom.

PS room was out of ratio by a short period of time as administrator was in room but left to discuss complaint with PSO.
PSO was able to observe mice droppings in some rooms throughout the program.
Some furniture was not clean. This was pointed to by PSO to program's admin for awareness.
PSO pointed out to admin (i.e. ps room).
