Licensor did not observe tables being cleaned/sanitized before being used by the children. After snack, staff and children left food uncovered on the tables and tables were not sanitized.
Prior to snack time, handwashing was not observed.
Children arrived at the program but left to use the bathroom etc. without attendance being completed.
Licensor reviewed 10 staff files. Of the 10, 8 staff are not in compliance (5 did not have evidence of CPR/First-Aid and 3 did not recertify within 90 days).

Licensor observed the children engaging in snack time. Staff were not observed sitting with the children.
Licensor observed children leaving the classroom to use the bathrooms without supervision. Children were also leaving the room before being formally checked into the program. While in the classroom, children were also in different areas of the room and due to staff's positioning/location, sight/sound supervision was not being provided.
When children began arriving to the program, they appeared scattered and without a clear direction for their daily activities. Attendance was not completed when children arrived, use of the bathroom was not organized, etc.
Prior to snack time, handwashing was not observed.
Staff onsite did not have a complete comprehensive background check. Staff was sent home.
