Licensor observed children with allergies without medication authorization documents. Licensor printed the documentation that is required and advised staff these documents are required prior to students returning.

staff files on site were missing required documentation. including Comprehensive Background check and DCYF clearances. Licensor worked with admin and staff to contact Attorney generals office and obtain all required clearances to ensure staff have these documents readily available.
