Licensor observed an adult in program that was not an approved assistance or volunteer. Provider reports she was her daughter in law/mother of one of the children enrolled in her program. Licensor explained that she cannot be left alone with the children/count towards meeting child/staff ratio. Provider confirmed she is in program often. Licensor explained she will need to complete a Comprehensive Background Check and DCYF Clearance.
