During the renewal inspection the unitary play surface under the embedded equipment on the preschool playground had several damaged areas including holes and separation in seems, the toddler playground had a hole in the ground near the play climber. The sandbox tarp was partially attached and covered with debris while children were playing in the sandbox.
This allocated unannounced monitoring inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
On 6/25/25 individual #1 reported to staff person #1 that they allegedly witnessed staff person#2 grab child #2 by the arm/hand and pull child #2 around with them in the classroom. Staff person #1 did not report to ChildLine until October 27th, 2025.
